Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 6–12 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
How much is delivery? Standard delivery is £3.95. Delivery is free on all orders over £25.
Do you deliver outside the UK? We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We hope to expand to more countries soon.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 2–3 working days after dispatch before tracking updates appear.
Why has my order arrived in separate packages? Some orders, particularly bundles, may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each package so you can follow every delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product? Due to the personal nature of our beauty tools, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for hygiene and personal care products.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@glomi.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take? Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products
Are your products safe to use? Yes. All Glomi products are designed for home use and come with full usage instructions. Please read all instructions carefully before use and follow any safety guidance included with your product.
How do I know which product is right for me? Each product page includes a full description of what the product does and who it's best suited for. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at hello@glomi.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
Do your products come with instructions? Yes, all products include usage instructions. Some products also have how-to guides on their product pages.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna (buy now, pay later).
Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us at hello@glomi.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@glomi.co.uk with your name and the email address you used to place the order and we'll look into it.
Bundles
Can I buy products individually that are in a bundle? Yes — all products in our bundles are also available to purchase individually from our shop.
Why do bundle items arrive separately? Bundle items are dispatched from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each package so you always know where your order is.
