Refund policy

At Glomi we want you to love every product you receive. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Due to the personal nature of our beauty tools, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for hygiene and personal care products.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at support@glomi.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days please contact us at support@glomi.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.
